2. Personal data we process
Depending on how you interact with this website, we may process the following data:
- Contact and quote request form: name, phone number, service of interest and any additional information you voluntarily provide in your message.
- Contact by email, phone or WhatsApp: the identification and contact details you provide, and the content of the conversation.
- Browsing data: if you accept analytics and advertising cookies, we process data about your use of the website (pages visited, time spent, device, approximate location and cookie identifiers). Full details are in our Cookie Policy.
- Technical security data: Google's reCAPTCHA anti-fraud system processes your IP address and data about your interaction with the form in order to tell humans from bots.
We do not request or process special categories of data (health, beliefs, religion, etc.) or data relating to minors.
3. Purpose of processing
- To handle and manage enquiries, quote requests and site visits submitted through the form or our contact channels.
- To contact you in order to answer your request and prepare your quotation.
- To manage the commercial or pre-contractual relationship arising from your request and, where applicable, to carry out the contracted service.
- To comply with our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- To prevent automated and fraudulent form submissions (reCAPTCHA).
- To analyse the use of the website and measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, only if you have accepted the corresponding cookies.
We do not use your data for profiling with legal effects or for automated decision-making.
4. Legal basis for processing
- Consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR): to answer requests sent through the form, which requires ticking the acceptance box beforehand; and to install analytics and advertising cookies, which are only activated if you accept them in the banner.
- Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR): where processing is necessary to prepare a quotation or provide the requested service.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR): to ensure the security of the website and prevent fraudulent use of the forms (reCAPTCHA).
- Compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR): to retain invoices and commercial and tax records.
5. Retention period
Data from enquiries that do not lead to a contract is kept for a maximum of 1 year from the last contact. Customer data is kept for the duration of the commercial relationship and, once ended, for the statutory limitation periods: 6 years for commercial records (Article 30 of the Spanish Commercial Code) and 4 years for tax obligations (General Tax Act). The record of consent is kept while the consent remains valid and for the limitation periods of any resulting claims.
6. Recipients of the data
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. However, in order to provide our service we rely on suppliers who access personal data as data processors, with whom we have signed the corresponding agreement under Article 28 GDPR:

Your data may also be disclosed to the Spanish tax authorities, banks, insurers and public bodies where a legal obligation requires it.
7. International transfers
The Google and WhatsApp services listed above may involve transfers of data to the United States. Such transfers rely on the European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which both providers adhere, and additionally on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
If you reject analytics and advertising cookies, no transfer arising from Google Analytics or Google Ads will take place.
8. Your rights
You may exercise the following rights in relation to your personal data:
- Access: find out what personal data we are processing.
- Rectification: request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: request the deletion of data when it is no longer necessary.
- Objection: object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances.
- Restriction of processing: request that the use of your data be restricted.
- Portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
- Withdrawal of consent: withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. Cookies can be managed at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
To exercise these rights, write to info@pinturassoliva.com with "Data protection" in the subject line, enclosing a copy of your identity document. We will reply within one month at the latest.
If you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid.

10. Security

The user warrants that the data provided is truthful and undertakes to notify us of any changes to it. When providing third-party data, the user declares that they have obtained that party's prior consent.

Pinturas y Impermeabilizaciones Soliva, S.L. reserves the right to amend this privacy policy in order to adapt it to legislative or case-law developments, as well as to industry practice. In such cases, the changes will be announced on this page with reasonable notice before they take effect.
